Killed in action 4^th October 1917 in Belgium.

A Red Cross file exists with the following two entries; “No trace Germany”, “Killed in action previously reported wounded & missing 10-9-17”

Remembered on Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, Flanders, Belgium.
